POWER ON The 'physical' stop made by the Y-
Rail is at a lower position to the Y-Home sensor
then it should be. **Note - the PDC does not
slide down further once it stops.
Service Mode: Diagnostics - check the error
code displayed.
Calibration Discovery Mode: Manually perform a
discovery 2.The machine should scan the left side of
the tray and then the right side of the tray. Once the
hand finishes the left scan, the PDC will move to the
home position and stop. The rail should not stop and
slid.Adjust the physical stop so that it holds the rail in
place. Please refer to Y-home adjustment.
POWER DOWN. Wait 5 seconds, POWER ON.
Perform Calibration 2 Discovery in Service Mode.
