Now move the rudder stick. In this case the
Assistant should only detect two channels
if two gyro channels are used to control
two separate rudders. Select your trans-
mitter's Servo Monitor to check the setting.
Press the SET button when you have made
your choice.
Note: if your model features a thrust vector control system or canard surfaces, the vector /
canard channel must be set up manually. The channels for vector control or canard control
must be switched off at the transmitter while you are using the Assistant. Please ensure that
they are not detected for ELEVATOR and RUDDER.
If you have not yet entered any settings at
Output Mapping, you will see this default
display. The output assignment is set as
described under 3f). You now have the op-
portunity to adjust the outputs to suit your
model, after which you should confirm your
settings with OK.

This message instructs you to move to the
next screen display and assign the outputs.
Press the SET button twice when you have
made your choice.
At the first screen you are requested to rai-
se or lower the model's tail. You can imme-
diately determine whether the correct axis
is selected by observing the elevator's res-
ponse. If the elevator does not deflect, brie-
fly jerk the model's tail up or down once.
The PowerBox detects this movement,
causing the sensor to switch to the correct
axis. Hold the model's tail at a slight angle,
so that the bar deflects fully to the right,
and wait until the elevator jumps back to
the neutral position. The screen now swit-
ches automatically to the next display.
