System Configuration

The System Configuration webpage manages the authentication, user account and

time of 3510/3520.

4.6.1

The authentication has two fields: Web and RTSP. User can configure these two

fields separately. Once the authentication is enabled, user has to key in correct user-

name and password to access the webpage or video stream.

Username and password for authentication are organized in the User List group

here. The authorization has two levels. The Admin owns the whole access right and

the Viewer can watch the video stream only on the Live View page.

Authentication Setting Items:

Enable Web Authentication check box: Check this option enables the authen-

ticating request for accessing webpage.

Enable RTSP Authentication check box: Check this option enables the

authenticating request for fetching video stream.

Apply button: Accept the new settings, but does not save yet.

Reset button: Restore the previous settings before click Apply button.
