User List Setting Items:
User account list: This table lists all user accounts.
User Name box: Edit username.
Password and Confirm Password box: Edit password.
User Group radio box: Two options behind. The Admin has all access rights
and the Viewer can only fetch video stream.
Add/Modify button: Activate the changing of user account.

Date & Time
The page sets up the date and time. There are three methods to calibrate the date /
time.
Setting Items:
Time Zone combo box: Select a time zone.
Synchronize with NTP Server: Check this item then key in the NTP server
address to choose this function. 3510/3520 will calibrate time with NTP auto-
matically.
Synchronize with Computer Time: Check this item to select synchronize with
computer.
Set Manually: Assign a specific date/time manually.
Apply button: Accept the new settings, but does not save yet.
