Failure

This webpage decides whether 3510/3520 has to store video stream to SD disk
when failed to transmit video stream.
Setting Items:
Video stream receive fail: SD disk recording check box: Check this box
enables the 3510/3520 starts recording video into SD disk if video stream
receive failed.
Apply button: Accept the new settings, but does not save yet.
Reset button: Restore the previous settings before click Apply button.
