Generate A User Certificate - Honeywell THOR VM1 User Manual

Tap the Install Certificate button.
The certificate import wizard starts. Tap Next.
1. Allow Windows to automatically select the certificate store.
2. Tap Next and Finish.
3. An import successful message is displayed.

Generate a User Certificate

The easiest way to get the user certificate is to use the browser on the Thor VM1 or a PC to navigate to the Certificate
Authority. To request the user certificate, open a browser to
http://<CA IP address>/certsrv.
Sign into the CA with the username and password of the person who will be logging into the mobile device.
This process saves a user certificate file. There is no separate private key file as used on Windows CE devices.
Click the Request a certificate link.
