Description
This alarm occurs if input sup-
ply voltage goes down below the
specified level, or if instan-
taneous power failure lasting
for over 15ms occurs.
This alarm occurs if read from,
or write to internal memory for
controller system control does
not go normally (memory is
checked when the control system
is turned on).
This alarm occurs if error oc-
curs in access time (2-ports me-
mory), due to failure in exter-
nal clock, during NC mode opera-
tion with FR-SFJ connected to
M300 CNC through bus line.
