Check if "override" (speed clamp) signal is input.
Check if leading of the load meter is excessively large
(check the load conditions).

Check that "speed detection"
flag. (external output in
DIAGNOSIS mode) turns on
when motor speed reaches the
preset speed.
If the flag does not turn on,
the output circuit is defec-
tive.

Check that "zero speed" flag

SIS mode) turns on when mo-
tor speed is below 25rpm or

output circuit is defective.
