(4) After ttle replacement of ROMs, the corresponding descrip-
tion

5.4 Replacement of diode module and transistor module

(1) Removal of defective module

Disconnect wires from the module and remove the module
from the heatsink.
When the module is removed, note that base terminal B
and emitter terminal E of transistor module are of plug-
in type.
Uniformly spread silicone grease over the back surface
of the new module.
(3) Tightening
Secure the new module in place with the specified torque
(see Table 5.1).
(pin) and emitter terminal (pin) of transistor module
should be protected with insulating tube.

Only diodes and transistors specified by us are applica-
ble.
For replacement and spare, please place an order
with us.
