Replace Ink Cartridge with

Insert Card and press OK.
Call Helpdesk.
Set the correct Server Telephone
Number into the machine.
Connect to telephone
socket.
Call Helpdesk.
Carefully remove envelope or
label and try again
Accept 'Replace File?' - OK.
Call Helpdesk.
Recredit Meter.
(0.00 recredit allowed)
Place mail firmly into the
machine.
Recredit second time -
Press FUNDS key
Try again using the correct PIN
