4.4 Flush Mounting w/Locking Arms
Use this installation method for indoor installations only. This method is suitable for
drywall and T-bar installations only. It is possible to flush mount the camera and use
the back box. The Long Machine Type screws provided are used to secure the camera
to the back box through ceiling.
Important. Please Read:

It is the installer's responsibility to ensure that the mounting surface is
suitable for the chosen installation method.
•
Based on installation location and surface type, supplied screws and
anchors may not be adequate.
•
Mounting hardware is site-specific and may need to be supplied by the
installer.
Prepare the Mounting Surface:
1. Use the Flush Mounting Template to cut a
hole in the mounting surface.
Disassemble the Camera:
2. Disassemble the camera by removing the
dome bubble. Use the provided security Torx
bit to loosen three silver screws securing the
dome bubble to the camera's mounting base.
Do not completely remove the screws from the bubble. Lift the dome bubble off
and set aside.
3. Loosen three silver screws attaching camera to the back box. Remove camera's
back box and set aside. It will not be used in this type of installation.
