When the food probe riches the preprogrammed
temperature, the oven will be turned off. This is
indicated by a sound signal.
You can vary the value of the lowest core
temperature in an area from +30 °C to +99 °C. We
recommend you to keep to the following table
which was taken from "THE NATIONAL FOOD
SAFETY DATABASE (USA)"
