2.3 Safety instructions
This device fulfills the prevailing safety requirements for information technology equipment,
including electrical office machines.
In emergencies (e.g. damaged housing, operating elements or network cables,

intrusion of liquid or foreign objects), switch off the device immediately (UNIT
EMERGENCY POWER OFF) and contact our service department.

The systems may only be installed by authorized trained personnel.

The cables must be laid in such a way that there is no danger of anyone tripping over

them and they cannot be damaged.
Data transmission lines must not be connected or disconnected during electrical

storms.
Ensure that no foreign bodies (e.g. necklaces, paperclips etc.) or liquids find their way

into the device (danger of electric shock, short circuit).
