User Guide for the T41P Skype for Business Phone
To export a global log file to the Skype for Business Server via the phone user
interface:
Press Menu->Settings->Basic Settings->Log Upload.

A dialog box pops up to prompt "Log Upload Success!".

To export a global log file to the local system via web user interface:
Click on Settings->Configuration.

Mark the Local radio box in the Export System Log field.

Click Export to open file download window, and then save the file to your local

A log file named "MAC address-sys.log" is successfully exported to your local system.

Exporting the global Log File to a Syslog Server
To configure the phone to export the global log file to a syslog server via web user
interface:
Click on Settings->Configuration.

Mark the Server radio box in the Export System Log field.

Enter the IP address or domain name of the syslog server in the Server Name field.
