privacy, then presses the More->Park soft key on phone A.
The LCD screen of phone A displays the call park orbit number.
To retrieve the parked call on phone A:
After things are processed, user on phone A presses the Retrieve soft key to retrieve the parked
call directly.
To retrieve the parked call on phone C:
User walks to an available conference room where the phone is designated as phone C. The user
uses phone C to dial the call park orbit number (appearing on phone A) to retrieve the parked
call.
The LCD screen of phone A will prompt that the parked call is retrieved by phone C (user Lin Wei
in the following figure).
Two-way voice path is established between phone C and B.
Note If the call is hung up by the other party
message "Parked user ended call before being retrieved" will be displayed on the LCD screen of
parker.
The parker will receive a ring back if the parked call is not retrieved by anyone after timeout
expires. If the parker does not answer or reject the ring back, the call will be terminated and will
not get redirected to voice mail.
