No Video
In a scaled system, the video will be active only from the primary node while the dongle cable has access to
the keyboard and video for each node.
Confirm KVM dongle cable plugged into ?primary node?.
No white LED (where) when plugging SMP (scaling) connector.
If SMP card not functional, can not cluster the systems together into a multi-node
