supported when V.80 is enabled.

• OK if <signal> = 0—10 and <sig en> = 0, 1 and <msg en> = 0, 1 and <supp delay> = 0,1.
ERROR if <signal> ≠ 0—10 or <sig en> ≠ 0, 1 or <msg en> ≠ 0, 1 or <supp delay> ≠ 0,1.
