ENGINE STOPS OR LOSES POWER

Possible Cause
Out of fuel
Kinked or plugged fuel tank vent line
Water in fuel
Fouled or defective spark plug
Worn or defective spark plug wires
Incorrect spark plug gap or heat range
Loose ignition connections
Low battery voltage or defective battery
Incorrect fuel
Clogged air filter
Other mechanical failure
Overheated engine

ENGINE DOES NOT REACH FULL ENGINE SPEED

Possible Cause
Driver's seat belt is not fastened
Poor fuel quality
High coolant temperature
High intake air temperature
Accelerator and brake pedals are pressed at the
same time
Gear shifter is in neutral (N)
Gear shifter is in neutral (R)
Engine malfunction
Refuel.
Inspect and replace.
Replace with fresh recommended fuel.
Inspect, clean or replace spark plug.
Replace.
Set gap to specs or replace plug.
Check all connections and tighten.
Recharge the battery.
Replace with fresh recommended fuel.
Inspect and clean or replace.
See your BAD BOY OFF ROAD dealer.
Allow engine to cool.Check coolant level and clean radiator. If it still doesn't
start, see your BAD BOY OFF ROAD dealer.
Fasten seat belt.
Refuel.
Allow engine to cool.
Allow engine to cool.
Release the brake pedal.
Move shifter to high (H), low (L).
Move shifter to high (H), low (L).
