Explanation
Show the current config file's version. If the version of configuration downloaded
is higher than this, the configuration will be upgraded. If the endpoints confirm
the configuration by the Digest method, the configuration will not be upgraded
unless it differs from the current configuration

configuration is the same, the auto provision will stop. If the endpoints confirm

Serial number of the equipment
Username for configuration server. Used for FTP/HTTP/HTTPS. If this is blank the
phone will use anonymous
Password for configuration server. Used for FTP/HTTP/HTTPS.

Save the auto provision username and password in the phone until the server url
changes
