Step 8
Slide the main axle through the legs and wing. Center the
axle so an equal amount protrudes on each side of the
landing gear legs. Place four of the O-rings (two on the
left, two on the right) over the axle as shown.

Step 9
Use a flat file to create a flat area on the axle so the
setscrews from the wheel collar have a place to bite. Refer
to the diagram in Step 11 for proper place to make this
notch

Step 10
Remove the screws holding the wheel together using a #1
Phillips screwdriver. Place the screws in a safe location so
they do not get lost.
