Step 8
Use a rotary tool and sanding drum to create openings in
the bottom of the cowling to allow air to exit. The exit area
should be 3 times the size of the intake area to allow air to
pass properly over the engine.

Make any necessary openings to allow for adjusting the
needle valve and to mount the fuel dot.
