SOLUTION
Reset the upstream protection device. CAUTION:
check that check that no overload or short circuit is
present at the UPS output
Close the isolating switch located behind the door.
Open the battery rack switch/fuse and activate the
maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch off the UPS
completely. Switch the UPS back on and, if the problem
persists, contact the nearest assistance centre.
Replace the fuses or close the battery rack switch/fuse.
CAUTION: if necessary, it is advisable to replace the
fuses with others of the same type (see External
protection devices paragraph).
Wait until the batteries have recharged or force power-
on in manually from the "SYSTEM ON" menu.
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch off
the UPS, open SWIN and contact the nearest
assistance centre. (Caution: once SWIN is open, it is no
longer possible to close it again before an assistance
intervention).
Activate the maintenance bypass (SWMB), switch the
UPS off and back on again. Exclude the maintenance
bypass. If the problem persists, call the nearest
assistance centre.
Reduce the load to within the threshold of 100% (or
user threshold in the cases of codes A22, A23, A24)
Switch off the UPS.
Disconnect all the utilities relative to the phase affected
by the short circuit. Check that state of the upstream
protection device.
Switch the UPS back on.
Reconnect the utilities one at a time in order to identify
the fault.
