● Check that the RealPresence Trio Visual+ is paired and connected with the RealPresence Trio 8800
(see the section
Check the Status of RealPresence Trio
Visual+).
● Disconnect the USB camera from the RealPresence Trio Visual+ then reconnect the camera.
● Make sure the USB camera is a supported camera, which is a Logitech Webcam C930e.
● Contact your system administrator for additional help.
