Polycom RealPresence Trio Solution User Guide
To save a contact to your Local Directory:
1 From the Call Details screen, tap Save.
2 If needed, edit the contact's information.
3 Tap Save.

Delete a Recent Call Entry

You can delete a recent call entry from the Recent Calls list.
To delete a recent call entry from the Recent Calls list:
» Select a call record and tap

Edit Recent Contact Entries

You can edit a contact's number stored in your Recent Calls list before returning the contact's call.
To edit a recent contact's number before calling the contact:
1 Tap
next to a call record.
2 Tap

3 Edit the number then tap

Managing the Local Directory

You can add and save contacts in the system's Local Directory, if you are allowed access by your system
administrator.
Note that your system administrator may set the Local Directory as read-only or require a password for
access to the directory. Contact your system administrator for assistant accessing or updating the Local
Directory.
You can perform the following tasks in your Local Directory:
