TOP OF MODULE
Switch 1 sets the RS232 handshaking for the bottom port
1 = Data Terminal Ready
0 = XONiXOFF
Switch 2 sets the FE232 handshaking for the top port
1 = Data Terminal Ready
0 = XONIXOFF
Switches 3 - 6 set device/port address per Table 8
Switch 7 is for Continuous Confidence Test Mode
1 = Local Diagnostic (takes unit Off-line)
0 = On-Line (Normal setting)
Switch 8 is not used, always set in the 0 position
