The m field indicator provides an index into the routing information and indicates at
which device the failure was detected. A value of 0 indicates the local device. a 1
is routing 1, 2 is routing 2 etc.

Customer Service - When calling the MODICON telephone number, ask for ser-
vice from the list below.
When calling the 800 number, you will get a recording asking you to enter a one
digit code for the type of service you want (listed below). However, this only works
with a " touch tone" phone. If using a dial phone, hang on and the operator will in-
tercept after a short pause.
