Faulty Display
Feed video from back of system to external monitor
or Main PCBA
• If the video is not present on the external display, the Main
PCBA is likely at fault.
• If the video is present on the external display, the User
Interface Assembly is likely at fault.
Faulty Display
Feed video from back of system to external monitor
or system fault
• If the issue is present on the external monitor, the issue is
caused by a fault on the system.
• If the issue is not present on the external monitor, the User
Interface Assembly is likely at fault.
Faulty User
Perform checks in the following order:
Interface or
• Check internal cable connections
Main PCBA
• Replace UI
• Replace Main PCBA
Faulty Gain
Perform checks in the following order
circuit
• Check Gain cable connection
• Replace TGC PCBA
Troubleshooting
• Remove battery. Inspect battery and battery compartment
contacts for damage/corrosion. Install battery and try again.
• Remove battery and connect system to AC power only. If it
works, try a different battery.
• If issues still exist, attempt to charge the battery or replace it.
• Check the lot code on the battery. If older than 3 years,
battery may be past useful life period.
