► Symptom
Black drum unit is at the end of its life.
► Troubleshooting method
1) Open the front cover.
2) Remove the waste toner container.
3) Remove the black drum unit.
4) Install the new black drum unit.
5) Clean the LSU window.
6) Install the waste toner container.
7) Close the front cover.
