Fault Shutdowns
Code Description
Frequency Underfrequency
Low shutdown occurs
Shutdown when the governed
frequency falls
below the default
setting of the
system's frequency
setpoint.
Locked Overcrank (locked
Rotor rotor) shutdown. A
Shutdwn locked rotor
condition
indicates that
there is no engine
rotation when the
starter is
engaged.
Oil Pres Low Low oil pressure
Shutdwn shutdown occurs if
a low oil pressure
condition exists.
Note: The low oil
pressure shutdown
does not protect
against low oil
level. Check the
oil level at the
engine.
Over Crank Overcrank
Shutdwn shutdown occurs
after 3
unsuccessful
starting attempts.
Sea Pressur Low seawater
Low pressure
Shutdwn shutdown occurs
after a loss of
seawater
pressure is
detected.
Volts xx--xx Overvoltage
High shutdown occurs if
Shutdwn the voltage
exceeds the
default setting of
the voltage
regulator setpoint.
