3.ENGINE STARTS BUT DOES NOT RUN CORRECTLY
-Check if the diesel tank is full.
-Ensure the diesel filter is in good condition
-Ensure the air filter is in good condition.
-See if the diesel prefilter is not clogged.
-Check the length of the fuel pump control rod (dimension : 153.25mm).
-Ensure fuel system is working properly (air intake).
-Ensure that the valves have sufficient clearance.
-Check the injectors*.
-Check the injection advance*.
-Check the flow equalisation*.
*Have these checks done by a LOMBARDINI agent or contact us before any intervention.
4.ENGINE RUNNING :
The machine does not move forward and the engine cuts out.
-Check that the parking brake is not on.
-Check the correct position of the side casings (if they activate the position contactors).
-Check the connections between the main bundle and the frame bundle are in good condition.
-Check the position contactors are working properly.
-Check the seat contactor is working.
5.ENGINE RUNNING :
The machine cuts out when the parking brake is released
(driver sitting on the seat)
-Check the connection and operation of the seat contactor.
-The parking brake contactor remains stuck in the "brake on" position.
-Check the parking brake contactor is working properly.
6.ENGINE RUNNING :
The machine only moves forward slowly
-Check the oil level in the tank.
-Check the drive transmission pedal system is working properly.
-Check that the push-pull cable is not seized up or defective.
-Check that the transmission pump control lever is not broken.
