EMPTYING WHEN RAISED

Principle
Opening and closing : the flap must be brought to the vertical position so that the lifting
system can be moved.
Detail :
Initial stage : flap in the horizontal position, mobile basket closed, basket in the lower position
(normal working situation).
Up
Input : the operator presses on the basket up switch
1) Then the flap starts to rise
2) If the flap is no longer in the horizontal position
3) Then the revolving warning light is activated. The flap continues its movement.
4) If the flap is vertical
5) Then the flap is kept vertical. The basket starts to rise. (The blades stop*)
Input : the operator releases the basket up switch (at the desired position)
Opening
Input : the operator presses on the basket opening switch
1) Then the flap is maintained in the vertical position. The basket opens.
Input : The operator releases the basket opening switch (at the desired position)
Closing
Input : the operator presses on the switch de closing du basket
1) Then the flap is brought to the vertical position (or it is maintained in the vertical position)
2) If the flap is vertical
3) Then the flap is kept vertical. The basket starts to close.
4) If the basket is closed
5) Then the flap is kept vertical
Input : the operator releases the basket closing switch
Down
Input : The operator presses on the basket down switch
Then the flap is brought to the vertical position (or it is kept in the vertical position)
If the flap is in the vertical position
Then the flap is kept in the vertical position. The basket starts to go down
If the basket is in the lower position (and if the basket is closed)
Then (the blades start*) the flap starts to go down.
If the flap is in the horizontal position
Then the revolving warning light stops
Input : the operator releases the basket down switch
(*If the blades were in operation when emptying was begun.)
