    Bellfi res English MAINTENANCE 2.1 ANNUAL MAINTENANCE It is essential that the appliance, the complete concentric fl ue system (where possible) and the outlet are cleaned and inspected annually by a recognised fi tter/gas specialist. The safe operation of the appliance will thus remain guaranteed.
