Replacing DIMMs

1. To install the DIMMs in the desired slot:
a. Choose a DIMM slot for the desired DIMM.
DIMMs may be installed in any combination, in any slot.
b. Spread the two retaining latches on the slot outward.
CAUTION
c. Remove a DIMM from its protective container, handling the module by its edges.
If necessary, lay it on an anti-static surface.
d. Align the notches on the DIMM with the keys on the slot.

Use only HP DIMMs, which are 3.3V, 133 MHz (PC133), and buffered SDRAM
DIMMs. HP's warranty does not apply to non-HP parts.
