Persistent Reserve Out Command
The Persistent Reserve Out command is used to register Reservation Keys and create
Persistent Reservations using these keys.

Persistent Reserve function to perform
00h = Register. Register a Reservation Key.
01h = Reserve. Create a persistent reservation using a
previously registered reservation key.
02h = Release. Release a persistent reservation
03h = Clear. Remove all reservation keys and reservations
04h = Pre-empt. Take over a reservation previously made by
another initiator
05h = Pre-empt and Abort. Take over a reservation and abort
commands
06h = Register and Ignore existing key
00h = Logical Unit reservations

06h = Exclusive Access, registrants only
