1 = saving the log is not supported
0 = Target provides a target defined method for saving log
parameters
1 = Target does not provide a target defined method for saving
the log parameters
0 = Comparison is not performed
1 = Comparison is performed
00b = Every update
01b = Cumulative value equal threshold value
10b = Cumulative value not equal threshold value
11b = Cumulative value greater than threshold value
0 = Log parameter is a data counter.
