Each medium auxiliary memory (MAM) attribute is communicated between the
application client and device server in the following format.

Value/Description
Contains a code value that identifies the attribute.
Indicates whether the attribute is in the read only state.
0 = The attribute is in the read/write state
1 = The attribute is in the read only state
Specifies the format of the data in the Attribute Value field
00b Binary Contains binary data.
01b ASCII Contains left-aligned ASCII data.
10b Text Contains textual data.
The character set is described in the Text Localization
Identifier attribute.
11b Reserved
Specifies the length in bytes of the Attribute value field.
Contains the current value, for the Read Attribute command
