press PAGE DOWN to select the 'destination' effect and select an effect you are happy to
overwrite. Assuming you also want to take the 'associated' reverb with the effect, press PAGE
DOWN three times and press F2. Done!

COPYING EFFECTS BETWEEN DIFFERENT EFFECTS FILES

There may be occasions where you have an effect in one effects file that you wish to use in
another effects file. The next group of pages allows this:
To copy effects between different effects files, load the effects file that contains the effect you
are interested in. Select that effect and use the COPY EFFECT>CLIP page to copy the
selected effect to a 'clipboard' (a small bit of 'invisible' memory in the sampler). Press F2 to copy
just the multi-effects section.
If there is just a reverb that takes your fancy, use the COPY REVERB>CLIP page to copy that
reverb off to the clipboard.
Next, load the effects file you wish to copy it to, select an effect that you are happy to overwrite
and use the COPY CLIP>EFFECT to paste the effect into the effects file. To paste in the
reverb, use the COPY CLIP>REVERB page.
Of course, in all of these, you should select the appropriate effect/reverb for copying in the
EFFECT SOURCE or REVERB SOURCE and select the effect/reverb you wish to copy it to
from the clipboard in the EFFECT DESTIN or REVERB DESTIN pages.
NOTE: It must be said that when you have many effects/reverbs to copy and paste between
different effects files, this can be a bit tedious. Quite frankly, you may be better off loading the
effects file that contains the effects/reverb(s) you want to use, noting their parameter values on
a scrap of paper, loading in the effects file you wish to copy them to and manually inputting the
parameter values in effects/reverbs you are happy to lose in that effects file! It may be quicker
in the long run!
However, if there is just the occasional effect and/or reverb from another effects file that want
to copy between effects files, we hope the copying to clip method satisfies your needs.
