Problem of Starting EXPRESSBUILDER on Windows

Cannot read instruction manuals
Do you have Adobe Reader installed correctly in your computer?
→ To read PDF files, install Adobe Reader in your computer.
Is your browser Internet Explorer?
→Internet Explorer sometimes displays Information Bar to enforce security. Click Information Bar to read the
manuals.

The menu does not appear
Is <Shift> key pressed?
→ Setting the DVD/CD with pressing <Shift> key cancels the autorun feature.
Is the OS in the proper state?
→ The menu does not appear depending on the system registry setting or the timing to insert the DVD/CD.
Select Computer from Explorer and double-click the icon of the set DVD drive.

Some menu items are grayed out
Is your system environment correct?
→ Some software requires administrator privilege or needs to be operated on the server. Run on the
appropriate environment.

Unable to create the repository
Are there free four drive letters?
→ Free at least four drive letters except A and B when creating the repository. If the drive letters from C to
W are already assigned, drive letters cannot be assigned to four temporary drives and the repository
cannot be created.

Unable to launch EXPRESSBUILDER on Windows
Did you uninstall EXPRESSBUILDER?
EXPRESSBUILDER is usually installed at the Starter Pack installation.
If you uninstall EXPRESSBUILDER after the Starter Pack installation, EXPRESSBUILDER cannot be
launched on Windows. In that case, install Starter Pack again or run the following installer in
EXPRESSBUILDER DVD.
