Keeping Warm

Please note that delicate food, espe-
cially fish, can continue cooking while
being kept warm.

The "Keeping Warm" function is acti-
vated as standard with the
mode if a minimum tempera-

ture of about 175°F / 80°C is used for
cooking. If food is not removed from
the steam oven at the end of a pro-
gram, this function will automatically
start after approx. 5 minutes.
Warm
will appear in the display and
the food will be kept warm for ap-
prox. 15 minutes at a temperature of
160°F / 70°C. The warming function
is canceled when the illuminated sen-
sor button is tapped or "Back" when
the door is opened.
Off
The "Keeping Warm" function is de-
activated.

Automatic rinsing

Following a cooking program with
steam,
the display after the steam oven has
been switched off.
Any remaining food deposits are
flushed out of the system.
Steam
You can activate or deactivate the auto-
matic rinsing process.
Steam reduction

If you cook at a temperature from ap-
prox. 175°F / 80°C (Steam Cooking)
or 175-210°F / 80–100°C and a
100% humidity setting (Combi
Steam), the steam reduction function
switches on automatically at the end
of the cooking program. This reduces
the amount of steam which escapes
from the appliance when the door is
opened at the end of the cooking du-
ration.
