Alarm causes
• Water probe broken or incorrectly wired.
• Water temperature in the stove exceeded 85°C.
• Water pressure reached maximum 2.7 bar value. • Check circuit pressure adjusting cold system
• If a flow sensor is installed on the model, it
indicates that comburent air flow is not sufficient
for combustion.
• Pellet load is continuous and thus incorrect.
• Fume temperature during flame stabilisation does
not correctly increase.
• Electronic board temperature has exceeded the
safety threshold.
• If the temperature sensor is installed on the model,
it signals that the temperature in the appliance
cladding has exceeded the maximum admitted
value.
• The Puffer Hi probe is disconnected or broken.
• The boiler probe is disconnected or broken.
• Stove water manual reset safety thermostat
triggered.
Main solutions
• Make sure the two probe wires are correctly
inserted in the terminal. There are no mandatory
connection directions for IN2 terminals
• Replace the water probe.
• Make sure the pump outlet to the system heating
circuit is open in the event of dissipation, that there
are not passageway obstructions due to zone
solenoid valve triggered by external components.
• Make sure that the pump and device are working
properly.
• Make sure that the system and device air venting
has been completed.
• Make sure any device isolating valves are open.
pressure to 1.0 bar.
• In some cases, an expansion tank may be required
for the large amount of water in the system.
• Make sure the safety valve is connected to the
drain.
• Make sure air was correctly released from the
heating system.
• Check the pressure probe connection, it may have
disconnected.
• Make sure the comburent air intake tube is not
obstructed or dirty.
• Check that the sensor is perfectly clean.
• Check that the fume deflector inside the
combustion chamber is perfectly clean.
• Check that all the firebox air flow holes are
perfectly clean.
• Check that the fume inspection cap is firmly closed.
• Make sure the door is closed.
• Make sure load start parameters are correct.
• Make sure the board has not overheated. Contact
the CAT.
• Make sure functional settings are correct.
• Check for any auger jams or clogs.
• Make sure room aeration is correct.
• Check appliance operating settings, they could
generate excessive overheating in the machine
body.
• Check the aeration grid on the back of the device,
it may be dirty and not allow enough cooling air
to flow.
