Problem
The image is not being
refreshed.
Live/recorded images in
MPEG-4 format are not dis-
played in a normal manner.
No SD memory data is listed
in the list display area.

Check item/Remedy
Depending on the traffic of the network, there might be
difficulties in displaying images. Press [F5] on the key-
board to request images.
Images recorded at low recording rate (less than 1 ips)
may sometimes not be refreshed.
When turning on the power of the recorder or when con-
necting the LAN cable to the camera port when the cam-
era is active, images may not be displayed/recorded in a
normal manner for around a minute (at a maximum) just
after turning on the power of the recorder or after con-
necting the LAN cable to the camera port.
SD memory data cannot be searched by using other
search filters together with "SD". Search SD memory
data using the search filter "SD" only, and select and play
the listed SD memory data.
Recording time and date of SD memory data is recorded
based on the clock of the camera. Check the clock of the
camera.
When recorded frames are not many enough to play
smoothly, playback of SD memory data may fail. In this
case, display images by performing frame by frame play-
back/reverse frame by frame playback.
