Remove/Replace the Lamination Mechanism (D940009) (Transfer Arm)

Only the Motor and Sensor is field replaceable. For any
other parts please replace complete assembly.
Step Procedure

Caution: Turn OFF the Printer and unplug the power cord from the Printer.
2 IMPORTANT NOTE: Tilt the roller when replacing back into the frame- DO NOT scratch the
roller.
This procedure is used to replace the Motor (D910072) and the Lift Sensor (D910216).
OR to completely remove the Transfer Arm Assembly.
3 Remove the Gear /Retaining Ring to access the Transfer Arm.

Tools needed: T10 Torx Driver
Estimated Time: 30 minutes
Preparation: Remove Top/Rear Covers
Remove the Fan Box/Bracket Assembly

performed by authorized service personnel.
