Removing/Mounting the Cross-beam

Remove the cross-beam when making replacements inside the server:
Ê Remove the left side cover as described in section "Removing/Mounting the
Side Cover" on page 13.

Ê Detach the unlocking lever (1) and remove the system fan (for a detailed
description see the Options Guide).
Ê Slide the cross-beam at the left side in the direction of the arrow (2) and
swing it to the right (3).
For mounting, hook the cross-beam at the right into the housing, push it to the
left, and fix it.
