• New Job: allows you to indicate if the next scan is a new job, or a
continuation of the previous scan. This value is maintained by the
scanner. When powered on, the scanner initializes this value to On.
NOTE: This option is only available when Format is DCN/DLN/Bates
Numbering.
Sheet and Value — displays an example job and what will be printed
on each sheet. You can change the sheets in the example to represent
your job. The printed value shown is based on the current selections for
Starting Value, Print on patch sheets, and the sheets within the
example.
The following options are available when the Format selection is Image
Address.
Format String — this text field allows you to structure your image
address. The format string in the sample screen above represents a
fixed field value of address and a 3 level image address.
Image Address — displays the starting image address. The values in
this field reflect information from the Format String area and the Start
Value field in the Counters area. Each field can have a maximum width
of 9 characters. The total image address cannot exceed 27 characters
(30 with 3 delimiters).
