Adjusting the head restraints

Adjust the head restraint so that the top
of it is level with the top of your head.
Raising the head restraint:
Pull the head restraint up until it locks into
a suitable height.
Lowering the head restraint
Press locking button 1 and push the head
restraint down until it locks into a suitable
height.

Front head restraints

Pull to move the head restraint upward.
Press locking button 1 and at the same
time release the retaining clip 2 using a
suitable implement. Pull the head restraint
up and out of the seat back.
Rear outer head restraints

Pull to move the head restraint upward.
Press the locking button 1 to lower the
head restraint or to remove the head
restraint.
