To enter an email address from the Network Address Book:
a.
Press the Services Home button, then touch Email.
Touch Network Address Book.

Use the touch screen keyboard to type part of the name.
Touch Search.

Touch the desired names, then from the menu, select To or Cc or Bcc:.

Touch OK.

To add your own email address to the list of recipients:

Press the Services Home button, then touch Email.
Touch Add Me.

You email address is automatically added to the list of recipients.
10. To add a subject line:
Touch Subject, then use the touch screen keyboard to type the desired text.

To modify the default subject, highlight the text in the text field, then touch X to delete it, or

11. To change any of the scan to Email settings, configure options on the Email, Advanced Settings,
Layout Adjustment, and Job Assembly tabs.
12. Press the green Start button.

Touch Attachment, then type a name for the file.
Touch the file format menu, then select an option. To specify custom options, touch Custom. For
