7. Two large tabs at the top and bottom of the Storage Matrix Assembly Blank have
a single captive screw in each of them that secures it to the RLS. A flashlight
and/or a small mirror may be helpful to see the exact location of the two screws.
8. Reaching into the RLS through the left side storage matrix opening, engage the
two captive screw fasteners and turn them counter clockwise until they are fully
loosened. If the screws can be reached, skip to step 13, otherwise follow the next
step to remove the face of the user interface panel assembly.
9. IF the screws could not be reached through the left side opening, there are four
screws securing the face of the user interface panel assembly to the RLS.
Removing the assembly will allow for easier access to the screws.
10. Using a 3/32 Allen wrench remove the four screws shown in Figure 5-11 that
secure the user interface panel assembly. Use caution to avoid damaging the
touch screen while using the wrench.
