(1)-(b) Status during execution of functions
No. Level
The printer is erasing the flash memory.
The memory is not erased unless a clear instruction, e.g.,
PJL command, is given.
1 Initializing
The PJL command for erasing flash memory is not
disclosed to users. Therefore, this status doesn't occur in a
user environment.
The network is in initializing
2 Initializing
The printer is waiting for the user to execute the function.
When the Start key is pressed, Push Scan begins.
3 Normal
Displays that connecting to PC.
4 Normal
The printer is warming up.
5 Normal
(1) As the printer has been instructed to cancel the job, it is
receiving and discarding data until the end of the job.
(2) A paper jam has occurred while jam recovery function is
off.

(3) The printer is canceling an unauthorized print job
6 Normal
(relating to JobAccount).
1. Received a job from a user not authorized to print.
2. Received a color print job from a user not authorized to
do color printing.
(4) The printer is canceling the job as the log storage area
in the 732 MFP is full and because the action in case of log
full is set to "cancel the job" (relating to JobAccount).
The printer is printing out a menu map.

The printer is printing out a demo page.
