detection signa1 (TH) exceeds 23O"C, the
error detection circuit issues EOO to the
microprocessor. In response, the micro-
processordisplays EOOI. If E004 has been
identified in advance, the microprocessor
displays E004 instead.
E004 .'. The heaterdrive signa1 (HTRD) is not gen-
erated for 3 seconds after power-on.
E004 is issued if the SSR ON is issued to
the DC controller during the absence of the
heater drive signal.
E004 is also issued when the DC controller
identifies the SSR ON signa1 for 3 seconds
or more in the absence of the heater drive
signal.
