4. Mounting the Side Seal and Blade
1) Clean the surface using an alcohol solution to
prepare for the attachment of the side seal.
2) Attach the side seals at the locations shown in
Figures 4-80 and -81; short, then long seal.

Note:
Attach the seal so that the long round hole of
developing assembly are matched.

3) Mount all parts except the blade.
For the gear, engage long tooth a and groove b
to put the pieces together.

4) Push the blade mount against the developing
cylinder in the direction of the developing
assembly, and tighten the two screws.

5) Loosenthefourscrewsthat holdthebladeon the
blade mount, and re-tighten them.
Note:
Do not loosen the screws too much;otherwise,
the blade may come off the positioning pin at
the center.
